Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Shimano account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
